I had several cases with David on the opposing side over the years before I took the bench. David was always a gentleman, a professional and a capable lawyer. I am sorry to hear of his passing. May God bless him and bless his family with comfort and peace.

I am so sorry to hear of David's passing. He was a strong and dedicated Shaw Bear, we will surely miss seeing him at homecoming and his advice on legal matters we sometimes approached him with. May God continue to bless his entire family. Inez powers

I remember the first time you assist me when I was 18 years old. My accident was so severe the doctors were saying I would not be able to walk straight again that I will always need a cane just overall bad news, you were there not only to fight my case but there to motivate me to keep pushing on. I never thought I was going to go to college but with your encouragement and push you made me know as a young black woman that I'm able to do so, I now have my MBA management working at Indian River State College and motivating others like me when I was 18 because of you. When I needed advice, when I needed an attorney not only for me but my family and associates you were there. Again not only to fight in court but to encourage. My husband and I a matter fact my whole family are honored to have you in our lives. You were like my second dad, we know you are in heaven. Deepest sympathies to your family. We know you are at peace with God. You are greatly missed.
