Willie Chisholm, 89 of Stuart, FL (Martin County), passed away at Treasure Coast Hospice-Hay Madiera House in Stuart, FL. He was born in Screven, GA to the parents of the late Jake and Rosa Bostic-Chisholm on September 20, 1925, Willie was educated in the public schools of Georgia. Before retirement, he was employed as a roofer in the construction industry. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by brothers, Joe Chisholm, Jake Chisholm, Jr., and Ulysses Harry Joe; sisters, Lillie Rose Chisholm-Taylor and Bertha Chisholm-Watson. He is survived by sons, Dallas Chisholm (Diane) and Keith Chisholm both of Deerfield Beach, FL and Steven Chisholm of Coral Springs, FL; daughters, Carolyn Chisholm, Marilyn Chisholm-Lund, Debra Chisholm, Evelyn Chisholm-Hayes, Beverly Gordon, all of Ft. Lauderdale, FL Tolliver Darville of Stuart, FL and Chara Delancy of Stuart, FL; A host of other relatives including nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including a special friend, Sydney Cooper. Services: Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2015, at Thorne's Mortuary Chapel, 12pm-3pm. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Thorne's Mortuary.
