Thelma Earline Thorne, 59 a resident of Orlando, FL, peacefully went home to be with the Lord, in the quietness and comfort of her home, surrounded by the love of her caring family. She was born in Palatka, FL to the parents of the late Ivory White and Dora Mae Johnson. "Earline" moved to Orlando, FL with her family from Palatka, FL, in 1959. She was educated in the public schools of Orange County, FL and attended Jones High School in Orlando. She was a member for most of her life at the Apostolic Church of Jesus and also worshipped at the Fountains of Living Waters Church both in Orlando, FL. At her demise, she was a member and Church Mother at One Heart, One Soul Deliverance Church in Orlando. After her health began to decline, she worshipped at Victory Through Grace Church in Orlando under the leadership of Pastor Michael Burgess. During her life-time she was gainfully employed as a restaurant cook. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by: 2 sons, Carl Thorne, II and Jarvis Boles. She leaves behind to mourn her passing, as well as celebrate her homegoing: 3 sons, Carlos Boles (Keisha) of Selma, Alabama, Marvell Thorne (Quinsheka Jones) and Andrew Brokenborough both of Orlando, FL; 2 daughters, Patricia Brown and Andrea Boles (Jimmy Rodgers) both of Orlando, FL; 2 brothers, Willie Wilkerson and Willie Sanders; 2 sisters, Ruth McCauley and Lucretia Rodriquez, all of Orlando, FL; 26 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends, including her ex-husband, Carl Thorne; 3 godchildren, Cameron Thomas, Danavia Walker, and Monica Haws; and a host of church family members. Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, June 8, 2012 from 4pm-7pm at Malone Memorial COGIC in Orlando. A homegoing celebration will be held at the church on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 11:am.
