Heaven rejoiced as Mother Ruby Mae Belle, a 95 year old long time resident of Stuart, FL made a peaceful transition from earth to glory, in the comfort of her home, while surrounded by the love of her caring family on Thanksgiving Day. She was born in Cordele, GA and moved to Martin County, FL approximately 74 years ago from Georgia. She attended Stuart Training School and was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Stuart since 1928. She served faithfully as a member of the choir and mother's board until her health failed. Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, December 3, 2010 from 4pm-7pm at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Stuart. A glorious Homegoing Celebration" and Service of Thanksgiving, will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at St. Paul A.M.E. Church also in Stuart, at 11:AM with her son, the Reverend Kenneth J. Bell, Sr. officiating (pastor of Emanuel Full Gospel Baptist Church in Fort Pierce, FL) and Reverend James C. Watson is pastor. Reverend Larry Andrews, pastor of Macedonia MBC will be presiding. Burial will follow at Fernhill Memorial Gardens in Stuart. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Thorne's Mortuary in Stuart. Please sign the guest registry.
