Obituary for Raymond Recardo Weaver Bishop

Early Wednesday morning on July 3, 2019, at 1:38am, our Heavenly Father in his omniscience, and sovereignty, chose to release Bishop Raymond Recardo Weaver from his earthly labor.  God's angels were assigned to Treasure Coast Hospice House-Hay Madeira room 7, to gently usher him to a place of peace, joy, happiness and rest.
Raymond was born in Stuart, FL to the parents of Bishop Daniel T. Weaver, Sr. and Mother Ethel M. Weaver on November 12, 1963. He was educated in the public schools of Martin County, FL.  After graduating from Martin County High School, he attended Lee College in Cleveland Tennessee for three years, then enlisted into the United States Navy.  He was honorably discharged in the fall of 1985.
After service to his country, he moved to Norwalk, CT where he was a member under watch-care, under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Joseph D. Clemmons of Miracle Temple Church of God in Christ.
Although he was called at the tender age of 10 to preach the gospel, it wasn't until the age of 28 that he fully realized and accepted God's perfect will for his life, and that was, the call to the ministry and service to others.
Raymond has gone through many different health issues in his lifetime, but as the Scripture says, "Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all."  Psalms 34:19
In 1992, he married the love of his life, Reverend Doris Loretta James.  Along with this beautiful gift from God, Personable Ministries was birthed in that same year and he also assumed the role of Associate Minister and Youth Leader at Faith Temple Church of God, Inc. in Indiantown, FL.
In 1998, he moved to Bainbridge, GA and joined Greater Mount Calvary First Born Church of the Living God, Inc. After faithful service for a period of time, he became a part of the ministerial staff there under the leadership of the late Pastor and Bishop Titus B. Deas, Sr.
Later with the wisdom and loving support of his devoted wife, Doris, Bethel Ministries (formerly Bainbridge Faith Temple Ministries) was birthed.
After certain health issues surfaced, he returned to Florida with his family, where better medical treatment was more readily available. After returning to Florida, he united with City Church in Port Salerno, FL under the leadership of his son, Bishop Ricardo D. Weaver, Sr., and was a faithful servant to his calling and to the church, until failing health permitted him from doing so. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
Bishop Raymond Recardo Weaver was preceded in death by 2 siblings, Doris E., and Ann Weaver and his mother-in-love, Lillie B.
