Raymond McNeal , 62 a resident of Vero Beach, FL passed away on June 5m 2017 at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach, FL. He was born in Harrisburg, PA to the parents of the late, Robert Lee and Annie Clara (Carter) McNeal. Raymond moved to Indian River County with his family at a young age. He attended the public schools of Indian River County including Gifford High School. During his lifetime he was employed in the agriculture industry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee and Annie Clara McNeal; paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Mary McNeal; and maternal grandparents, Jim and Lula Bell Carter. Left behind to cherish his precious memories are: 2 sons , Ramond Banks and Antwan Banks; 2 daughters , Cierra L. Banks and Chycrisa Banks, all of Vero Beach, FL; a special and mother of his children, Janet Banks; 6 brothers , Bufus McNeal of Okeechobee, FL, Carl McNeal of Daytona Beach, FL, Richard McNeal of Vero Beach, FL, David McNeal of Luray, VA, James McNeal and Anthony McNeal (Carolyn), both of Vero Beach, FL; 5 sisters , Rosa Stinson of Wabasso, FL, Gwendolyn McNeal and Sallie Mae McNeal of Vero Beach, FL, Rozena Gordon of Quincy, FL, and Nannette Simon (William) of Vero Beach, FL; 7 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends who will miss him dearly. Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 5pm-7pm at Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church in Wabasso, FL, 6425 85th Street. A celebration of life will be held  at 2pm on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the church with Minister Charles Cypress officiating and Reverend Carl O. Wallace is host/pastor. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Thorne's Mortuary in Stuart, FL.
