On Saturday, April 3, 2021, the loveable, multi-talented and incomparable choreographer, Pruchelle Althea Revell, gave her final performance in the comfort of her home, surrounded by the love of her family and caregivers.

"Chelle" or "Revell", as she was affectionately known, was born on October 3, 1962 in Savannah, GA to the parentage of Joseph Bain and Dr. Mary Sullivan Bain. She was a resident of Miami, FL.

Blessed with an abundance of gifts and talents, she loved to teach children and motivate anyone who was interested in and broadening their horizons. She was employed for 38 years in the Miami Dade County Public School System was currently a Science teacher at Miami Jackson Senior High School and School Coordinator of "Women of Tomorrow". She was also a Licensed Insurance agent with Primerica Financial in the states of Florida and Georgia.

She was named Beginning Teacher of the Year in 1994 and Teacher of the Year in 1997 at Brownsville Middle School. She was also named Teacher of the Year in 2008 and 2011 at Corporate Academy North. Revell has been honored with various trophies and plaques, too numerous to name. She was part of the first class of the PAVAC Dance Program at Miami Northwestern Senior High School where she graduated as a proud "Bull" in 1979.

She earned a BS degree in Science from Savannah State College in 1984 and an MS degree in Computer Education/Technology from Florida Memorial University in 2011.

She was the founder of Karizma Outreach, Inc dance studio and co-founder of The South Florida Fine Arts Academy. Revell played an active role in many community organizations and was known to unselfishly give of herself to help make this world a better place. With the heart of a servant leader, she touched the lives of many. The work she has done speaks volumes!

Revell loved her students and they in turn loved her. She thoroughly enjoyed teaching those who had a genuine desire to know more about science as well as those who loved the art of dancing coupled with vocal performance.

She was a member of Hope United Church in Pembroke Pines, FL.

Revell maintained an upbeat and bubbly personality and always had a positive word for any given situation. She was a happy person and you could not be around her and not be affected in a positive way by her effervescence of her personality.
