Miscaya Keona Scott, 3 months old, died on Saturday, November 3, 2007 at her residence. She was born to the parents of Matthew Scott and Debra Vanhorn in Jupiter, Florida on July 17, 2007. Although her stay here on earth was brief, she brought so much love and joy into the lives of others. Baby Miscaya was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather,Christopher Vanhorn. Along with her parents, Debra Vanhorn and Matthew Scott of Jupiter, FL, those remaining to cherish precious memories are: 2 brothers, Tyrese Vanhorn and Fabian Lee, Jr. of Jupiter, FL; grandparents, Debra Tindell and Gardenia Scott, both of Jupiter, FL; great-grandparents, Mattie Mae Tindell of Riviera Beach, FL, Sim Scott, Jr. of Jupiter, FL, Beatrice and Willie Ray of Lake Worth, FL; great-great-grandparents, Katie Mae Tindell of Jupiter, FL, Sadie Mae Lewis of Riviera Beach, FL and K. C. Lewis of Georgia; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of family friends. Visitation will be held from 10:00am - 11:00am, on Friday, November 9, 2007 at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church in Jupiter, Florida. A service of memory will begin at 11:00 am at the church on Friday, with the pastor, Reverend Michael Maeweathers, Pastor/Officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Memorial Cemetery in Jupiter.
