Mary Lee Wright, 68 of Okeechobee, FL passed away at Raulerson Hospital in Okeechobee. She was born in Ocala, FL to the parents of Dave Thomas, Sr. and Annie Pearl Williams-Wright. Mary was a resident of Okeechobee, FL for most of her life and was educated in the public schools of Okeechobee. She was a homemaker and married to James Wright, Sr. (in 1972), who preceded her in death. Survivors include: 2 sons, James Arrago Wright of Okeechobee, FZL and Jary Wright Lee Wright of Woodbridge, VA; a brother, Dave Thomas (Mary); 3 sisters, Mioge Joiner (Marvin), Verna Alderman (Carlton) and Tammy Files-Cooper-(Gary), all of Okeechobee, FL; a great uncle, Henry Coleman (Peggy) of Okeechobee, FL; a special nephew, Kellfonny Files and a host other nephews, nieces, cousins and sorrowing friends. Service: Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 10am-11am at Buxton Funeral Home in Okeechobee, FL. A celebration of life will begin at 11am with Reverend Wells presiding. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Okeechobee. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Thorne's Mortuary in Stuart, FL.
