Kamaree Jevon Lyons, 17 of Sebastian, FL passed away suddenly doing what he loved to do, which was to play basketball on September 15, 2018.He was born on April 13, 2001 to the proud parents of the late Denise Chambliss Lyons and Charles Jones. Kamaree attended the public schools of Indian River County. At the time of his demise, he was a senior at Sebastian River High School and set to graduate in the Class of 2019. He was an active member of the Gifford Youth Achievement Center, Boys to Men To Greatness, and Crossover Mission. He was an athlete. He played football and basketball for the Sebastian River High School Sharks, and recreation basketball for the Punishers (now called the Kings). Kamaree is survived by his father , Charles Jones of Vero Beach FL, 6 sisters Shanarial Hart of Vero Beach FL, Ebony Hart of Fort Pierce FL, Shashonna Jones of Vero Beach FL, Briyunna and De’ja Chambliss of Sebastian, FL, Ciera Banks of Vero Beach FL; a brother, Merril Jones of Sacramento CA ; 3 nieces , Cassidy and Candice Stinson of Vero Beach, FL, Kenndey Jones of Vero Beach FL; 2 nephews, Ja’Corey M. Paul and Trimonty Johnson of Sebastian FL; maternal grandfather, William Woolfork (Claudia) of Gifford FL; paternal grandfather , Charlie Jones; special grandparents, Eloise and Julius Harris of Wabasso, FL; a special uncle , Steve Chambliss;  5 special cousins, Courtney Chambliss McGriff Chambliss, Leah Jenkins, Evan Chambliss and Kia Chambliss; like a father, Leonard Lyons, Jr. & Victor Hart, Jr.; a hosts of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly. Kamaree was preceded in death by his mother , Denise Chambliss Lyons; maternal grandmothers, Ethel Lee and Ellen Chambliss; paternal grandmother , Esther Davis; a sister, Charnerrius Jones; and his uncle, Deputy Garry M. Chambliss. Services:  Visitation will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 4pm-7pm at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Gifford, FL  A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 11am, Central Assembly of God, 6767 20th Street, Vero Beach, FL  32966.  Burial will follow at Gifford Cemetery, Gifford, FL. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Thorne's Mortuary in Stuart, FL.
