Obituary for Julia Delores Thompson Henry
Julia Delores Henry (maiden Thompson) 73, of Dorchester, MA, passed away on February 23, 2021 in Boston, MA.
She was born to the parents of the late Homer L. Thompson, Sr. and the late Louise W. Thompson in Stuart, FL.
Julia grew up in Stuart and was educated in the public schools of Martin County. She graduated from Murray High School in the Class of 1965.
Before retirement, she was gainfully employed by the Transit Authority in Boston, MA for 25 years.
Along with her parents, Julia was also preceded in death by: a brother, Earl Thompson; an aunt, Ellen Morrow and an uncle, Dr. Willie J. Thompson.
She leaves behind to cherish her precious memories: a devoted brother, Homer Thompson, II (Thelma) of Stuart, FL; sister, Edna Hall of Mattapan, MA; a devoted friend, Willie McDonald of Dorchester, MA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many sorrowing friends who will dearly miss her.
