No one would have ever known the trials and tribulations Johnny had on this earth because he always smiled and relied on God to pull him through. Johnny was a compassionate, kind, loving, caring person. My family (sisters: Gail, Trina; children) and I miss Johnny. For the past 15 or so years he would come down Yancy Avenue to visit us, see what he could do to help. Throughout the years Johnny knew that he could get a plate of food to eat, to go, money, listening ears, caring hearts, and prayers. Yet, it's hard to match his selfless compassion that we know Jesus Christ is proud of. Our condolences to his family. We tried to be his extended family as he was to us. He even called me Ma and my sister Gail grandma. Rest in paradise Johnny.
