Obituary for Jerome Wayne Hutchinson Jr.

Jerome Wayne Hutchinson, Jr. a 24 year old resident of Martin County, died in Stuart, FL. He was born to the parents of Lisa Haston and Jerome Wayne Hutchinson, Sr. in Kansas City, Mo. In 1990, at the age of 5 he moved to Florida with his family. Jerome completed his primary and secondary education in the public schools of Martin County. He was a member of New Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Hobe Sound, FL. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Harold Queen; maternal great-grandparents, Lillie & Barney Haston; and paternal great-grandparents, Ida Lou & Annaise Harris. Survivors include: his parents, Lisa Haston Queen and Clarence Queen, Sr. of Stuart, FL and Jerome Wayne Hutchinson, Sr. of Kansas City, MO; his companion, Nicole Johnson; two sons, Jerome Hutchinson, III and Jahree Hutchinson of Stuart, FL; 6 brothers, Jamel Pittman, Jeremy Queen, Torrance Queen (Niki) of Jacksonville, FL, Antwain Morgan of Memphis, TN, Clarence Queen, Jr. of North Florida and Clarence Queen of Tampa, FL; 7 sisters, Jacole Haston and Brittany Queen of Stuart, FL, Ivy Price of Atlanta, GA, Bernica Queen of Port St. Lucie, FL, Tiameka Queen of Jensen Beach, FL, Tiffany Pearson of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Marisa Edmonds of Palm Bay, FL; maternal grandparents, Rosa and Herman Wilder; paternal grandmother, Corean Queen, all of Stuart, FL; godmother, Jeanette Donnley of Port St. Lucie, FL; and a host of other relatives including 2 aunts, 3 uncles, 5 great-aunts and 2 great-uncles; and a host of friends including special friends, Eldrige Lott, Charles Ceaser, Jr. and Jarrell Witty. Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, August 28, 2009 from 4pm-7pm at Thorne's Mortuary Chapel in Stuart. A "Celebration of Life" will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2009, 11:00am at St. Paul AME Church in Stuart with Dr. Ricardo D. Weaver, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Banner Lake Cemetery in Hobe Sound. Thorne's Mortuary, Inc. of Stuart is in charge of arrangements. Please sign the guest book.
