Obituary for Jeremy Lamont Harris

Jeremy Lamont Harris, 28 of Madison, FL passed away on May 25, 2016 in Madison, FL. He was born to the parents of James Monroe Harris, Jr. and Connie L. Broomfield-Frazier in Stuart, FL Jeremy was educated in the public schools of Martin County and graduated from high school in Jacksonville, FL. During his life time he worked at a poultry plant. He was a member of the Hobe Sound Church of God and a member under watch care at Pineland Missionary Baptist Church where he sang in the choir. Remaining behind to cherish his precious memories are: a loving and devoted mother, Connie L. Broomfield-Frazier (Joel Jr.) of Madison, FL; his father, James Monroe Harris, Jr., of Hobe Sound, FL; 3 brothers, Jerrod Broomfield of Fayetteville, NC, Laverne McClain (Kim) of Stuart, FL and Monroe Harris of Hobe Sound, FL; 2 sisters, Megan Broomfield and Marlena McCrae both of Madison, FL; 2 nephews, Antonio Broomfield of Fayetteville, NC and Tristan Robinson of Madison, FL; 2 nieces, Trinity Robinson and Mariah Robinson both of Madison, FL; paternal grandmother, Mattie Sue Washington of Hobe Sound, FL; paternal grandfather, James Monroe Harris, Sr. of Hobe Sound, FL; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 5pm-7pm at the Hobe Sound Church of God. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2016, 3:00pm at the church with the pastor Bishop Bennie Jones officiating and First Lady, Minister Roshanda Jones, presiding. Burial will follow at Florida Memorial Cemetery (Banner Lake) in Hobe Sound. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Thorne's Mortuary.
