Jacqualine C. Hicks, 49 of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away at St. Lucie Medical Center in Port St. Lucie. She was born in Gasparillo, Trinidad to the parents of George Jackson and Angelina Williams Jackson. Jacqueline has been a resident of Port St. Lucie for 3yrs. moving from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She was educated in the Virgin Islands, Delgado College in New Orleans and Broward Community College where she studied Accounting. She was self-employed in aviation. She was preceded in death by her father, George Jackson. Survivors include: her husband, Errol Hicks of Port St. Lucie, FL; 4 sons, Kevin Jackson of Plantation, FL, Hashim Hicks of Port St. Lucie, FL, Jamal Hicks and Errol Stilley of Broward County, FL; 1 daughter, Philicia Hicks of Broward County, FL; her mother, Angelina Jackson of North Lauderdale, FL; 2 brothers, John Jackson and Herman Jackson of Port St. Lucie, FL; 2 sisters, Bernadette Daniel of Port St. Lucie, FL and Erica Acosta of the Virgin Islands; and 2 grandchildren. Services: Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at Faith Center International from 10am-11am. A celebration of life will begin 11am at the church with Pastor Cornelius Blake, pastor/officiating. Arrangements are by Thorne's Mortuary. Please sign the guest registry.
