He was born in New Orleans (Independence), LA to the parents of Clifford Thomas, Sr. and Leola Davis-Thomas. Mr. Thomas moved to Port St. Lucie, FL from Fort Lauderdale, FL in 1998 and has also resided in Detroit, MI. During his lifetime he was employed as a railroad electrician. He was a member of Soaring Faith Ministries in Jensen Beach, FL and served as Sr. Deacon of the Church and pastor's armor bearer for 10 years. He was also made an honorary member of the Marine Corps league. Mr. Ephram Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Thomas, Sr. and Leola Davis-Thomas; a brother, Clifford Thomas, Jr., a son-in-law, Keith Williams and as nephew, Danny. He is lovingly survived by: a devoted wife, G. Jean Thomas of Port St. Lucie, FL; a son, Ephram Hale (Veronica) of Detroit, MI; daughters, Donna Williams of Symna, GA, Joyce Hale of Detroit, MI, Dr. Monica Melton of Atlanta, GA and Marcia Storey (Christopher) of Atlanta, GA; a brother, Elmo Curtis Thomas (Vertis) of Port St. Lucie, FL; 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 3 nieces, 3 nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends, as well as special out-of-town friends who have been with the Thomas' for many years. Services: Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015 from 10:00am until 11:00. A celebration of life will begin 11:00am at the church with the pastor, Reverend Dr. Larry Bender officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Thorne's Mortuary in Stuart, FL.
