Ms. Emma R. Wilborn, 97, of Jensen Beach, FL went home to be with the Lord on March 3, 2012 at Palm City Nursing & Restorative Care Center in Palm City, FL. She was born in Terrell County, Georgia to the parents of the late John Hawkins and Olivia Mathis Hawkins-Johnson. As a young girl she moved to Martin County, FL with her family and was educated in the public schools of Martin County. Ms. Wilborn was married to the late Johnnie Lee Wilborn. She was a member for over 50 years of St. Peters Christian Methodist Episcopal Chuch in Jensen Beach, FL and served on the finance committee, mother's board and various auxiliaries until her health began to fail. her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Lee Wilborn. Survivors include: a devoted daughter, Helen Delancy of Jensen Beach, FL; a sisters. Lucille Dorsey of Albany, GA; 4 brothers, Robert Johnson of Charleston, SC, Solisteer Johnson (Carrie) of Jacksonville, FL, Samuel Lee Johnson (Lula Mae) of Jackson, GA and Joseph Johnson (Dorothy) of Huntsville, AL; 6 grandchildren, Juanita Lumpkin (Robert), Ted Delancy (Gailya), Curtis Delancy, Eugene Delancy, James Delancy and Elder Calvin Delancy, Sr. (Bridgette; 20 great-grandchildren, 19 great-great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-great-grandchildren; a godchild, Shirley Wilder and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, including a special cousin, Diane Williams and friends. Services: Visitation will be held on Friday from 5pm-7pm at Thorne's Mortuary Chapel. A homegoing celebration will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 11:00am, Love Temple Church of God By Faith in Stuart, FL with Reverend Wilford Monroe officiating, Elder Calvin Delancy, Sr., presiding and Elder Garrick L.
