Emma J. Harvey, 66, of Stuart, FL passed away at Treasure Coast Hospice-Hay Madeira House. She was born in Pahokee, FL to the parents of the late Emmitt Harvey, Sr. and Annie Miles. Emma moved to Stuart, FL 25 years ago from Pahokee. She was a member of Temple Beautiful in Indiantown and served as a Sunday School teacher. Emma enjoyed fishing and taking care of others. Along with her father, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Lee Cash and grandson, Albert Lee Parks, III. Surviving to cherish her precious memories are: 2 sons, Jerry Mike and Albert Parks, Jr. both of Stuart, FL; 2 daughters, Donna Mike of Stuart, FL and Pandora Parks of Port St. Lucie, FL; her mother, Annie Cash of Stuart, FL; 3 brothers, Alvin Miles and Emmitt Harvey, Jr. of Stuart, FL and Leroy McCray of Sarasota, FL; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18, 2014 from 5pm-7pm, at Thorne's Mortuary. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2014, 11:00am at Mt. Calvary MBC in Stuart, FL. Burial will follow at Port Mayaca Cemetery, in Canal Point, FL.
