Obituary for Elouise Duncombe Hepburn Mother

On Friday, November 4, 2011, Mother Elouise Duncombe Hepburn was released from her earthly assignment, at Palm Beach County Hospice in West Palm Beach, Florida and is now resting in the presence of the Lord. She was 88 years old and a resident of Riviera Beach, Florida. She was born in West Palm Beach, FL to the parents of the late George Lofton Duncombe and Maude Thompson Duncombe. She was educated in the public schools of Palm Beach County and graduated from Industrial High School in the Class of 1941. Before retirement she was employed on Palm Beach working at private homes. She was a member of Blue Heron Church of God in Riviera Beach, FL. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by: 3 brothers, Freddie Duncombe, George Duncombe, Jr., and James Duncombe; 5 sisters, Lena Remmings, Vivian Shaw, Evelyn Duncombe, Alverta Duncombe and Gracie Duncombe Ingram. She is survived by: a loving husband, Bishop Elkanah Hepburn of Riviera Beach, FL; 2 caring sons, Bishop Cecil E. Hepburn and his wife Alice and Bishop Darrell Hepburn, Sr. and his wife Sharon both of West Palm Beach, FL; 1 devoted brother, Elder Donald Duncombe and his wife Phyllis of Royal Palm Beach, FL; 3 caring sisters, Juanita Weech of Pembrooke Pines, FL, Ruby Speights of Riviera Beach, FL and Norma Duncombe Dellfish and her husband Dennis of Riviera Beach, FL; 3 adorable grandchildren, Darrell Hepburn, Jr., Essence Renae Hepburn and De'Nia Monae Hepburn all of West Palm Beach, FL; 2 loving sisters-in-law, Agnes A. Duncombe of Port Salerno, FL and Gracie Duncombe of West Palm Beach, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, other relatives, church family and friends who will miss her grace and loving presence. Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, November 11, 2011 from 4pm-7pm at the Blue Heron Church of God in Riviera Beach, FL and a memorial service will begin 7pm at the church. A homegoing celebration will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 11am, Blue Heron Church of God with Bishop Johnathan Ramsey, officiating and Bishop Bud Mickens presiding. Burial will follow at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens in West Palm Beach, FL. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Thorne's Mortuary in Stuart, Florida. Please sign the guest registry.
