Cynthia Delois Jones , 64  of Hobe Sound, FL and formerly of Pensacola, FL, passed away peacefully at Palm City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Palm City, FL. She was born in Stuart, FL to the parents of Hazel McClain Bernard and the late Howard Preston, Jr. on October 5, 1954.  Cynthia was educated in the public schools of Martin County. During her lifetime, she was employed as a teacher in the childcare industry.  Survivor and other information to follow. Services :  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 4pm-5pm at Thorne's Mortuary Chapel in Stuart, FL.  A Celebration of Life will begin 5pm at the chapel. Burial will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery, 1 Cemetery Rd., Pensacola, FL 32508 on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 11:00am.
