Carolyn Coats, 62 of Indiantown, FL went home to be with the Lord in the early Sunday morning hours within the peace and calm of her home. Carolyn was born in Miami, FL to the parents of the late McKinley and Lucille Wallace. She attended the public schools of Palm Beach County and Carver High School in Delray Beach, FL. She was employed at Martin Health Systems in the dietary department. Carolyn was a former member and mother of Bibleway International Church in Indiantown where she loved to serve the Lord her Savior. Carolyn received true joy and fulfillment in reading her Bible, spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren and making her "UNTOUCHABLE" macaroni and cheese for family and friends. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Willie Hardimon and sons, Kelvin and Jermaine Coats. Survivors include her loving husband of 43 years, Charles Coats of Indiantown, FL; sons, Keith Coats of Stuart, FL and Charles Coats,Jr. of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughters, Michelle (Rufus) Daniels of Palm Bay, FL and Crystal Coats of Indiantown; a stepdaughter, Lajune Rudon of Clarksdale, MS; brothers, McKinley (Glenese) Wallace II of Delray Beach,FL, Larry Hardimon of Erie, PA, Harry Hardimon and Nathaniel Hardimon of Boynton Beach, FL; Sisters, Annette (Thomas) White of Barnwell, SC, Catherine Hardimon of Boynton Beach and Sharon Hardimon of Lake Worth, FL; aunts, Catherine Robinson of Barnwell, SC, Bernice (Henry) Mealing of N. Augusta, GA and Lillian Wallace of Salisbury, MD; 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Sherly (Freeman) Parks; a brother-in-law Billie Holmes and a host of other relatives including nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers and friends. SERVICES: Visitation: Friday February 6,2015 5-7PM at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 904 Bayou Ave. Stuart, FL. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 11:00am at the church. Burial will follow at Fernhill Memorial Gardens, Stuart,FL. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Thorne's Mortuary in Stuart, FL.
