Mr. Carlos Thomas Lynn 45, of Stuart, FL and New York transitioned peacefully at Treasure Coast Hospice-Harper House in Stuart, FL on Sunday, November 26, 2017. He was born in Stuart, FL to the parents of Gwendolyn Miller and the late Charles Thomas Lynn, Jr. Carlos attended the public schools of Martin County and graduated from Martin County High School in 1991. In that same year, he enlisted into the United States Navy and was honorably discharged in the year 2000. He matriculated to Wayland Baptist University in Hawaii and graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in the year 2000. He was employed at Trans Canada Power Plant in New York. Carlos was a member of Abyssinian Baptist Church in New York, New York and also remained a member of Love Temple Church of God by Faith in Stuart, FL. Along with his father, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Charlette Lynn-Coats; his maternal grandmother, Euthirpy Miller and his maternal grandfather, James Miller. Remaining to cherish his precious memories are: a devoted mother, Gwendolyn Miller; caring grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lynn, Sr.; 3 loving aunts, Rose Graham, Beverly Hall (John) and Joann Hulette (John); 2 uncles, Anthony Lee Paige and Vann Lynn, Sr.; numerous great aunts and uncles; several cousins; his special boys, Desmond Thomas and Keyshawn Matheny; shipmates, co-workers, church family and a host of extended family and friends. By request of the deceased, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Treasure Coast Hospice (Harper House), or any charitable agency of your choice, in honor and memory of Carlos Thomas Lynn.
