Obituary for Brendalee Byfield

Brendalee Byfield 51, of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away on October 23, 2017 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Fort Pierce, FL. She was born in St. Mary, Jamaica to Dorothy Blackburn and Ivan Byfield. Brendalee attended Galina Primary School and Oracabessa High School. She worked for many years as an Au Pair. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Blackburn, her children Lamar Mighty, Shevannese Mighty and Neilia Rainford. Her brothers: Austin Davis and Adrian Byfield. Her sisters: Daneta Bryan, Michelle Byfield-Reid and Donna Byfield and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Brendalee’s passing leaves a great void in the lives of her family. She loved Jehovah and she diligently and humbly continued her Bible study and meeting attendance despite her failing health. Although she did not reach baptism, her dedication was evident by her steadfast refusal to compromise Jehovah’s standards no matter what the cost. Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 at Thorne's Mortuary Chapel in Stuart, FL from 4pm until 6pm. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Jensen Beach, FL. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Thorne's Mortuary in Stuart, FL.
