Artillis Louise Brown, 54 of Satellite Beach, FL passed away at Holmes Regional Hospital in Melbourne, FL. She was born in Miami, FL to the parents of Johnny Passmore, Sr. and Rosie Mae Jones. "Tillis" graduated from Miami Killian Senior High School in 1974. After graduation, she met and married Neal Brown. They became the proud parents of Kenny, Teddy and Noah. Thirteen years of their 31 years of marriage was spent travelling throughout the United States and Germany. In 1988 they moved to Brevard County, Florida (Satellite Beach and Melbourne, FL community). In 2002, she earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. She was employed as a social worker. She was a member of Truth Revealed Ministries in Palm Bay, FL and when her health began to fail, she attended the South Chapel at Patrick AFB which was closer to her residence. She was a real child of God and will be missed by the lives that she touched. She is survived by her sons, SGT Kenneth "Kenny" Brown, II (Lynnerae), Theodore "Teddy" Brown and Cedric "Noah" Brown; her father, Johnny Passmore, Sr.; and her mother, Rosie Mae Kemp; mother-in-law, Dorothy Passmore; stepfather, George Kemp; sister, Cecilia Evans; brothers, Willie Kemp, Johnny Passmore, Jr., Steven Passmore, Roderick Passmore and Kenny Stringer; 4 grandchildren, a goddaughter and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Services: Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 from 10am-11am at Truth Revealed Ministries, 2838 Palm Bay Rd in Palm Bay, FL 32905. A Home Going Celebration will begin 11am at the church with Bishop Merton Clark, pastor/officiating. Burial will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens on US 1 in Rockledge, FL.
