Obituary for Albert Theophilus Miller

Mr. Albert Theophilus Miller, 87 of Port St. Lucie, FL went home to be with the Lord on February 20, 2021 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Fort Pierce, FL. He was born to the parents of the late Ernest and Zella (French) Miller in Manchester, Jamacia.

He moved to Miami, FL in 1989 from Jamaica and after having lived in both countries for a while, in 1995 he made Miami his home.

During his lifetime, he was employed as a hospital custodian. He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Palm City, FL. Albert was married to the love of his life, Vashti Lewis Miller.

Albert was preceded in death by: his parents, Ernest and Zella Miller; a sister and an aunt.

He leaves to mourn his passing, as well as celebrate his homegoing:his wife, Vashti Miller of Port St. Lucie, FL; 2 sons, Kirk Miller (Jannette) of Port St. Lucie, FL and Ainsworth Miller of Miami, FL; 3 daughters, Sharon Miller- Bowlin (Enos) of Oak Creek, WI, Evette Campbell (Bolivar) of Decatur, GA and Sonja Ingrid Miller (Robert) of Miami, FL; 2 brother; 2 sisters; 12 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives including, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 10am-11am.

A homegoing Celebration will begin at 11am.

Due to covid-19 guidelines, all rules and regulations must be adhered to.
Face masks are to be worn by adults AND children.

Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Thorne's Mortuary in Stuart, FL.
